• Strong expertise in talent transformation initiatives, translating workforce needs into actionable advisory solutions. Proven capability in leadership development and succession planning to strengthen organizational bench depth. Skilled in organizational design, performance management, and career mapping to align talent structures with business goals. Experience in defining HR operating and delivery models that improve scalability and service effectiveness. Ability to drive HR process efficiency, policy optimization, and organizational change management through structured consulting approaches.
