Scope of Responsibility

This role will lead Operations & Production across:

• Corporate Events & Conferences
• Brand Activations
• Employee Engagement Programs
• Gaming & Youth Experiences
• Large-format Experiential Projects

The role reports directly to me and will be responsible for building a high‑performance operations organisation that can scale with the business.
