Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Rooms to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.

The role focuses on meeting expectations of employees, guests, and owners through strong leadership and seamless coordination across Front Office, Housekeeping and related departments.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Meet employee, guest and owner expectations through proactive leadership and service delivery.
• Coordinate departments to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
