Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Team Leader - Housekeeping to assist in the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's standards. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and floors while meeting guest and owner expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant hospitality or tourism qualification and at least two years' experience in hotel operations, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to run the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and floors.
• Support overall housekeeping operations to meet guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications
