Job summary

Grand Hyatt Jaipur seeks a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects and align department operations with the brand and hotel standards.

The role requires leadership in a luxury hotel, with a focus on guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
