Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Responsible for the efficient running of the Rooms division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

You will be responsible forthe efficient runningof the Rooms division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
