Job summary

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon seeks a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth operations and superior guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and related support functions, driving service quality and adherence to corporate strategies while developing staff and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications
