The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, technical excellence, project execution, and strategic leadership while managing high‑performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Instrumentation business and engineering function.
• Develop business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
• Oversee instrumentation design, engineering, project execution, and commissioning activities.

• Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor senior engineering professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 18–25 years of experience in industrial automation, process automation, instrumentation, EPC, or engineering services.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instrumentation, control systems, and industrial automation solutions.
• Excellent client management, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience
