Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience, including leadership in Shared Services.
• Experience building and scaling HR shared services organizations.
• Strong expertise in onboarding, HR compliance, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services across onboarding, mobility, data management, HRIS and helpdesk.
• Develop SLAs and KPIs; drive standardization and automation.
• Mentor and lead a team of SSC professionals; liaise with HR and business units.

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery Lead and manage all HR Shared Services functions including Onboarding , Global Mobility, employee data management, HRIS and employee Helpdesk Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across all business units and geographies Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Streamline HR processes and drive standardization across the organization Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals Act as a key liaison between HR, business units, and external service providers Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goal.

Experience:

15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR Shared Services leadership Proven track record in building and scaling shared services organizations Strong expertise in HR operations, Onboarding ,HR compliance, and HRIS Exceptional leadership, process improvement, and change management skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred) .
