Qualifications

• MBA in HR from TOP B Schools.
• 12–16 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Resident of Noida or South Delhi or East Delhi (Noida preferred).
• Experience in Fintech, IT startup, or SAAS; prior software product company exposure preferred.
