Job summary

Lagrange Point International in Hyderabad seeks a strategic HR leader to partner with business heads and CHRO, shaping the HR agenda across the enterprise. You will collaborate with leaders in India and abroad to design organization design, talent management, and performance processes.

You will head a team of HRBPs, drive engagement, influence global leaders, and work with COEs to enhance the employee experience and implement key people initiatives in a fast-growing MNC.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute with 12–18 years experience in an MNC.
• Experience as HR business partner to technology teams of 1000+ in a product org is essential.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholders handling in global environments.
• Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience of working as a HR business partner to technology teams of 1000+ in a product organization is a must.
• Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a global environment.
• Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.
