Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all non-clinical operations across the hospital
• Own and drive the hospital’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets and cost control measures are achieved
• Align operational goals with business strategy and clinical outcomes
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management
• Monitor key performance metrics related to patient services, operational efficiency, and financial health
