• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, water, fire protection.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and asset management plans.
• Manage facility budgets, contracts and vendor performance.
• Ensure NABH/JCI standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate upgrades, renovations and expansions.
• Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
• Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
