Job summary

JioStar seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and end-user services projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and security implementations. You will track progress, create executive dashboards, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. PMP/PRINCE2 and cloud knowledge are required.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Asana, and BI tools. Based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in IT project management with large-scale infrastructure projects (500+ users, multi-location)
• PMP or PRINCE2 (Required) | Agile/Scrum, ITIL (Preferred)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) understanding
• Networking, Active Directory, identity management, security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Jira, MS Project, Asana, Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and tasks (cloud migrations, AD, network upgrades, ZTNA, device rollouts)
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation
• Develop executive dashboards and automated reports; communicate with stakeholders including CXO level

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and Tasks. (cloud migrations, Active Directory, network upgrades, ZTNA, device rollouts)
• Develop project plans with milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (network engineers, security, vendors) and manage scope, budget, and timelines

Task Tracking & Dashboard Creation

• Create and maintain project schedules, track dependencies and critical path
• Design executive dashboards with visual KPIs and project health indicators
• Develop automated reporting for portfolio tracking; prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to C-level executives and technical teams effectively
• Facilitate requirements workshops, steering committees, and business reviews; manage stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or Engineering.
• Experience: 8-12 years in IT project management with large-scale infrastructure projects (500+ users, multi-location)
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 (Required) | Agile/Scrum, ITIL (Preferred)
