Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration and Analytics initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in IT Project Management with at least 3 years managing Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Migration projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise cloud transformation projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Application Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Data Engineering and AI/ML project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing Fixed Price, Time & Material and Managed Services engagements.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud architecture concepts.
• Knowledge of Cloud Migration methodologies, Landing Zone concepts, Disaster Recovery, Security and Infrastructure deployment.
• Experience delivering enterprise Application Development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or AI/ML implementation projects will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional project teams comprising 10–30 resources across Infrastructure, Development, Data, QA, DevOps and Business functions.
• Experience managing medium to large enterprise projects with project values ranging from USD 50K to USD 150K or equivalent, or managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience in RAID Management, Change Management, Scope Management and Project Governance.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery with the ability to independently manage project governance and executive stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies with practical Scrum exposure.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Cloud Modernization, Application Development, Data Engineering, Analytics and AI/ML projects.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle including Discovery, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and Project Closure.
• Prepare detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, resource plans and delivery schedules, monitoring milestones.
• Establish project governance frameworks including RAID management, change management, and executive reporting.
• Own project scope, assess changes and manage governance processes.
• Drive effective stakeholder management across customer leadership, technical teams, vendors and internal management.
• Conduct regular project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings and executive updates.
• Prepare project documentation including Charters, Plans, Status Reports, Minutes, Risk Registers and Closure Reports.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation plans; manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, DevOps, Data Engineers and customer stakeholders.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of CloudInfrastructure, Cloud Migration, Cloud Modernization, Application Development,Data Engineering, Analytics and AI/ML projects, ensuring successful delivery withinagreed scope, schedule, budget and quality .

Manage migration of workloads acrossPublic Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) as well as Private Cloudenvironments.

Prepare detailed project plans, WorkBreakdown Structures (WBS), resource plans and delivery schedules whilemonitoring project execution against defined milestones.

Establish project governance frameworksincluding RAID management, change management, dependency tracking, milestonereviews and executive reporting.

Own project scope, identify scope changesproactively, assess commercial impact and manage change requests throughdefined governance processes.

Drive effective stakeholder managementacross customer leadership, technical teams, architects, vendors and internalmanagement to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project governancemeetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings and executive updateswith customers.

Prepare project documentation includingProject Charters, Project Plans, Weekly Status Reports, Minutes of Meeting,Risk Registers, Release Plans, Cutover Plans and Closure Reports.

Identify delivery risks, resourceconstraints, technical dependencies and customer escalations proactively,driving mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage multiple customer engagementssimultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with SolutionArchitects, Cloud Architects, Application Development Teams, Data Engineers,AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, Security Teams andCustomer Stakeholders.

Support project estimation, effortplanning, resource forecasting and project transition activities during projectinitiation.

Monitor project financials includingmilestone-based billing readiness, resource utilization, delivery progress andbudget adherence.

Ensure adherence to organizationaldelivery processes, quality standards and project governance frameworks.
