Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• 18+ years of accounting experience with cost optimization.
• 10+ years in leadership or service delivery in global/shared services.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred.18 plus years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment.Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential.Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools).Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.Strong service delivery orientation with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.Technology Awareness and adaptability to evolving financial systems and tools.
