Job summary

Zinnov Management Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Finance IT leader to own the planning, design, and delivery of P2P finance solutions. You will align with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy while guiding cross-functional teams across global locations.

Responsibilities include driving SAP S/4, OpenText VIM, Kyriba and related platforms, championing data governance, and delivering standardized processes that scale across finance, procurement, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, finance P2P systems roles, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience planning, designing, transforming, and supporting SAP ERP and finance procurement platforms including SAP S/4, OpenTextVIM, Kyriba, etc.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or lead for finance and/or procure to pay applications including SAP S/4 and upgrade/migration.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of procure to pay processes such as invoice management, payment processing, and T&E. Experience with e-Invoicing is a strong plus.
• Experience partnering with global business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Solid knowledge of application controls, data governance, and compliance requirements.

• Manage application performance, risk, controls, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Provide thought leadership on emerging finance technologies, analytics, and automation opportunities

What you'll bring

Education

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, finance P2P systems roles, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience planning, designing, transforming, and supporting SAP ERP and finance procurement platforms including SAP S/4, OpenTextVIM, Kyriba, etc.

• Background supporting procurement organizations in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting business separation, transformation, or major system modernization initiatives including upgrade and/or migration to SAP S/4.
• Demonstrated success driving standardization and simplification across global finance systems. Experience with Celonis and/or Signavio is a plus
• Experience building and leading teams with on and off shore resources

Other

• Language: English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
• Travel: Up to 10–20%, primarily domestic with limited international travel.
• Certifications: Finance systems, product ownership, or project management certifications (preferred, not required)
