Role Description

The Director role at Decorpot is a full-time, on-site position based in Mathura. The Director will oversee overall business operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure alignment with the companys vision of delivering luxury interiors at accessible pricing. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and performance metrics, and optimizing processes for project delivery and customer experience. The Director will build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, support expansion initiatives, and uphold quality standards across design, execution, and after-sales services. This role also involves mentoring leadership teams, implementing best practices, and making data-informed decisions to foster sustainable growth.

Qualifications
