The Technology Director will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery, leading large enterprise programs, and ensuring hands-on technical and architectural excellence. This role goes beyond client relationship management and requires deep involvement in delivery execution, technical decision-making, and team leadership across distributed environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering depth, cloud expertise, and Agile delivery leadership, with the ability to scale teams and platforms in complex enterprise ecosystems.

Role & Responsibilities

Delivery & Leadership

Lead large-scale enterprise implementations and multiple Agile teams / Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Own end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, quality, risk management, and timelines.
Drive hands-on involvement in solution design, architecture reviews, and critical technical decisions.
Mentor Engineering Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to build high-performing delivery teams.
Ensure consistent delivery outcomes across distributed and offshore teams.

Technology & Architecture

Provide technical leadership across:
- Cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services)
- .NET Full Stack development with Angular front-end
- Microservices and cloud-native architectures
Review and guide application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
Lead adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, automation, and CI/CD.

DevOps & Engineering Excellence

Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.
Drive DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automation tools.
Promote engineering standards, code quality, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Act as a technology and delivery advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and leadership audiences.
Partner with product, business, and operations teams to align technology outcomes with business goals.

Key Skills & Experience

Leadership
