Job summary

Vrize seeks a seasoned technology leader to define and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap from Bengaluru. You will mentor senior engineering leaders and oversee the design of scalable, secure platforms, guiding complex projects to on-time delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in .NET stack, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and security best practices, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven experience leading large engineering teams and managing complex technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.
• Experience in design, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of modern technology stacks, APIs, microservices, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and actionable execution plans.

• Support pre-sales activities, solution design, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations, where required.
• Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships as needed.
