Director .NET Technology / Director of Engineering (.NET Platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to lead enterprise application development initiatives using the Software Engineering stack. The Director will oversee architecture, delivery, engineering excellence, cloud modernization, and team leadership across multiple products and programs.

This role requires a strong background in Microsoft technologies, scalable enterprise systems, cloud-native architectures, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Define and drive the enterprise .NET technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture and modernization initiatives for mission-critical applications.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.

Delivery & Execution

• Manage multiple engineering teams and large-scale delivery programs.

• Ensure performance, security, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Guide migration from legacy systems to modern architectures.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor engineering managers, architects, and senior developers.
• Conduct hiring, performance management, and capability development.
• Engage with business stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
• Present technology strategies and delivery status to leadership teams.
