Job summary

M/S.SIMMAC Nextgen Machinery in Tamil Nadu is seeking energetic B.Tech fresh graduates to join our technical operations team. You will be trained to understand, install, commission, and operate advanced industrial machinery at customer sites.

You will work closely with senior engineers and clients to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and hands-on training. The role involves assisting with installation, commissioning, machine testing, client training, and on-site troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering (Recent Fresh Graduates).
• Technical aptitude: Sound fundamental understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, motors, drives, and industrial machinery principles.
• Hands-on mindset: Strong enthusiasm for working directly with machinery, tools, equipment, and on-site engineering tasks.
• Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel: Open to field trips and short-term travel to client facilities for installation and servicing when required.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Assist senior engineers in assembling, installing, alignment, and testing new machinery at customer facilities.
• Machine Operations & Testing: Conduct trial runs, monitor machine operations, calibrate settings, and ensure equipment runs safely at optimal output.
• Client Training & Technical Support: Guide client operators on proper machine handling, SOPs, safety protocols, and basic routine maintenance.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose technical issues (mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic) during setup or initial operation and implement quick, effective solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare service installation reports, maintenance logs, and operational handovers for management and clients.
