Job summary

Iris Software is seeking an experienced reconciliation specialist to work on FIS Intellimatch Recon and related platforms. You will handle Nostro, Depot, and Balance Sheet reconciliations, write robust SQL queries, and script automation tasks.

The role requires leading a team of 10+ members and coordinating with global teams to deliver features on time. You will engage in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and use tools like Git, Jenkins, Autosys, and Control-M.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in developing reconciliation on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Nostro, Depot, Inter-system and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient SQL Server database technology; writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Good scripting knowledge: Perl or Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Job Schedulers (Autosys or Control-M).
• Ability to design and implement new features from business/technical requirements; deliver additional functionalities.
• Support technical evaluation, root cause & gap analysis; identify patterns for long-term solutions.
• Test run processes for desired results and release cycles with the Program and Release teams.
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket for version control.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD with Jenkins/TeamCity.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members; drive performance and accountability.
• Understand processes and compliance as laid down by Program/Project teams; ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery practices.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Integration with upstream/downstream processes; collaborate with globally distributed development teams.
• Gather, understand, document business requirements; communicate with business stakeholders.

Job Description

• 4+ years experience in developing reconciliation on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or likewise tools (DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM etc)
• Good Understanding of Nostro, Depot, Instersystem and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient SQL Server Database Technology; good in writing queries, Stored Procedures, performance running.
• Good Scripting Knowledge: Perl Scripting or Shell Scripting
• Proficiency in any Job Schedulers (Autosys or Control M etc.)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing new features based on business and technical requirements. Understand existing implementation and deliver the additional functionalities that the business request .
• Support the technical evaluation, root cause & gap analysis, identify the common issue patterns to come up with long-term solutions of issues.
• Good knowledge of test run process to produce the desired results and release cycles working with other members of Program and Release team.
• Knowledge and experience using Git/Bitbucket for version control is recommended.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins/TeamCity
• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members, driving performance and accountability
• Good understanding of the processes and compliance as laid down by the Program and Project team to produce high quality deliverables and work artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery practices
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge in integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems. Work closely with the globally distributed development teams for development and maintenance applications.
• Responsible for working with business users to gather, understand, collate and document business requirements. Communicate with business to understand the requirement.
