1. Design and implement new features based on business and technical requirements.
2. Work closely with globally distributed development teams for application development and maintenance.
3. Gather, understand, collate, and document business requirements by working with Business users. Communicate with the business to clarify requirements.
4. Configure the iMatch tool; follow test run processes to produce results and coordinate release cycles with the Program and Release team.
5. Understand existing implementations and deliver additional functionalities as requested by the business.
6. Adhere to processes established by the Program and Project teams to produce high-quality deliverables and work artifacts.

Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience developing in reconciliation tools (iMatch, Gresham, TLM, etc.), with preference for Intellimatch.
2. Support technical evaluation, root cause and gap analysis; identify common issue patterns to develop long-term solutions.
3. Proficient in developing reconciliations on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or similar tools (DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM, etc.).
4. Good understanding of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
5. Proficient in SQL Server database technology, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
6. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl or Shell scripting.
7. Proficiency with job schedulers like Autosys or Control M.
