RedQubes Innovation Private Limited in Jaipur seeks a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to own the full funnel — campaign strategy, creative briefs, landing pages, analytics, and lead quality — working directly with the founders and sales team.

You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for international markets, lead SEO with the content team, and build conversion‑optimized landing pages with A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running performance campaigns with proven ROAS improvements.
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GA4.
• Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS to international audiences.
• Strong copy sensibility and data-first decision making.
• Nice to Have HubSpot or similar CRM automation experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.

RedQubes is scaling its global client acquisition engine, and we need a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who treats every rupee of spend as an investment with a measurable return. You will own the full funnel — campaign strategy, creative briefs, landing pages, analytics, and lead quality — working directly with the founders and sales team.
