Job summary

QAAgility Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SEO/SEM specialist to lead search engine optimization, paid campaigns, and GEO initiatives. You will optimize YouTube presence, perform technical audits, and drive data-driven improvements across COE portals and affiliates.

The role requires hands-on experience with SEMrush, Screaming Frog and analytics reporting, plus strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable search performance gains.

Qualifications

• Must have expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads and YouTube optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement SEO, SEM, YouTube and GEO strategies.
• Execute Search, YouTube and GEO initiatives for COE, HCP Portals and Affiliates.
• Monitor website SEO and GEO performance, conduct technical audits and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Perform keyword, entity and search intent research aligned to business and brand objectives.
• Track, analyse and report website analytics, search performance and campaign KPIs through reports and dashboards.
• Act as a power user of SEMrush, Screaming Frog and related search intelligence tools.
• Manage SEM campaign performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality execution.
• Identify performance gaps, provide actionable recommendations and drive continuous optimisation.
• Support SEO, SEM and GEO reporting, insights generation and stakeholder presentations.
