Join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist and drive our online growth. You will manage our digital advertising efforts and optimize our online presence to maximize conversions.

Core Responsibilities

• 1 Manage paid acquisition budgets across Google Search, Meta Ads, and DSPs.
• 2 Optimize website content and landing pages for organic SEO and search conversion.
• 3 Run programmatic email automation sequences and custom client newsletters.
• 4 Deploy custom conversion tracking scripts and manage tag manager variables.
• 5 Benchmark customer acquisition costs and build data reports for monthly stakeholder review.

What You'll Do

• Take absolute ownership of all online ads and growth experiments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on visual assets for ad campaigns.
• Build complex email automation journeys targeting customer conversion and retention.
• Provide technical audit logs of web analytics and traffic health metrics.

What We're Looking For

• An analytical digital marketer who makes optimization decisions based on data.
• Extensive knowledge of search engines, tracking systems, and attribution modeling.
• Strong communications skills to explain complex data funnels to visual designers.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling ads budgets with positive return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience with landing page builders, HTML, and fundamental design tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a scientific mindset for continuous A/B testing.

• Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
• Experience with marketing dashboards like Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Prior history working on developer-focused SaaS or e-commerce products.

This role requires occasional high-bandwidth planning sessions at our Visakhapatnam studio. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
