Job summary

Amaris Brand is seeking an Automations Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflow automations, connecting business databases, tools, and client systems seamlessly.

You will work with Make.com, Zapier, and n8n to implement integrations, monitor data flows, and optimize performance while collaborating with startup leads to map processes into automated pipelines. Remote friendly with options to work from India.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building integrations and workflow automations.
• Expertise with Make.com, Zapier and n8n and REST API formats.
• Familiarity with relational databases, JSON arrays, and data schemas.
• Strong skills to trace API timeouts, rate limits, and data mismatches.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end automations connecting CRM, communications, and accounting systems.
• Configure integration hooks, webhook listeners, and serverless workers.
• Optimize data sync intervals and create system alerts.
• Document schemas, permissions, and audit logs.
• Identify bottlenecks and design automated pipelines.
• Design and maintain internal pipelines and database syncs.
• Create client automation solutions linking ecommerce to logistics APIs.
• Monitor logs, set notifications, manage rate limits.
• Map operational flows into Make.com/Zapier/n8n with stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an Automations Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflow automations, connecting business databases, tools, and client systems seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities

• 1 Build and maintain end-to-end automations connecting CRM, communication, and accounting systems.
• 2 Configure custom integration hooks, webhook listeners, and serverless background workers.
• 3 Optimize data sync intervals, resolve sync errors, and build system alerts.
• 4 Document integration schemas, workspace permissions, and audit logs.
• 5 Evaluate operational bottlenecks and suggest automated logic pipelines.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain internal business operation pipelines and database syncs.
• Build custom automated solutions for client projects, connecting e-commerce platforms to logistics APIs.
• Monitor error logs, set up Slack notifications, and handle rate-limiting logic.
• Consult with startup leads to map operational flowcharts into n8n or Zapier.

What We're Looking For

• An operations-focused engineer who loves connecting systems, streamlining files, and removing manual entry tasks.
• Strong debugging skills and understanding of HTTP protocols, headers, and authentication methods.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience building integrations and workflow automations.
• Expertise with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and REST API formats.
• Familiarity with relational databases, JSON arrays, and data schema parsing.
• Strong diagnostic skills to trace API timeouts, rate limit hits, and data mismatches.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience self-hosting n8n or orchestrating Airflow DAG integrations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets script integrations (Google Apps Script).
• Experience with AI agent pipelines (LangChain, vector stores).
