Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in your creative or technical discipline (Design, Development, Copywriting).
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating pixel-perfect executions and high-impact case studies.
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables autonomously.
• Excellent async communication skills via Slack or email.
• Highly responsive during critical launch or delivery phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific project modules, visual assets, or strategic plans depending on client needs.
• Coordinate with the agency project manager for scope delivery and timelines.
• Provide clean, well-documented source files or production-ready codes.
• Incorporate client feedback constructively and make necessary iterations.
• Ensure all deliverables match Amaris premium visual craftsmanship standards.
• Plug into specific agency project teams to accelerate delivery on premium client assets.
• Present high-fidelity work iterations to internal design and tech directors.
