Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, optimizing content for SEO, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate with design and development teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and product launches, and will prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with major digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), and familiarity with marketing automation tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
