Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience in IT services or consulting.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and performance marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Manage and grow social media channels through engaging content and community interaction.
Monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance data to derive insights and improve ROI.

About This Role

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Foiwe. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics, conducting online marketing activities and ensuring effective communication across various digital platforms.

Proficient in using social media management platforms like Zoho Social, Hootsuite or Buffer for planning and performance tracking
Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools including Mailchimp, HubSpot and Zoho CRM
Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo.io for campaign execution and audience targeting
