• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including team management.
• Strong expertise in SEO, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of website development, WordPress, landing pages, UI/UX, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, content writers, digital design professionals, web developers, and SEO specialists.
• Oversee SEO, content marketing, website optimization, branding, social media, and organic growth strategies.
• Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Coordinate website development, landing page design, UI/UX improvements, conversion tracking, and website performance optimization.
• Guide the team on content strategy, creative development, brand consistency, campaign execution, and timely project delivery.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, audience research, and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, manage team productivity, optimize marketing budgets, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
