Adsreach Global Pvt Ltd is hiring 2 Digital Marketing Sales Executives (Business Development) in Baner, Pune. Location is Maruti Millennium Tower, Baner, with 10:00 AM–6:30 PM hours and immediate joining preferred.

The roles involve outbound outreach, pitching SEO/PPC/social media services, lead qualification, field visits, CRM maintenance, and hitting activity targets. 1–5 years in B2B sales or digital marketing sales is desired.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in sales, tele-sales or lead generation.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Graduate in any discipline; basic digital marketing knowledge helpful.
• Own two-wheeler with valid licence (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and run outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media and websites.
• Qualify leads and book meetings or demos.
• Conduct field visits and in-person client meetings to generate business.
• Keep accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and lead-generation targets.
• Work with the sales team to support lead conversion and growth.

Adsreach Global Pvt Ltd, a digital marketing firm in Baner, Pune, is hiring 2 Digital Marketing Sales Executives (Business Development) to grow our sales team.

Location: Maruti Millennium Tower, Baner, Pune
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday off)
Experience: 1 to 5 years in B2B sales, tele-sales, lead generation or digital marketing sales
Salary: 2.5 to 6 LPA plus performance-based incentives (based on experience and interview)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

What you will do
