Job summary

CIEL HR Services is seeking a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client campaigns for a Digital Marketing Agency. You will plan and execute digital marketing across SEO/SEM, email, social media and display ads to grow local brand influence and loyalty.

You will design and maintain social media presence, optimize landing pages, measure ROI and KPIs, run experiments, and collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience across channels.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics & Adwords).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Good Knowledge in WordPress, Google Analytics, Adwords & Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with the new & existing customers of the agency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
