The role requires 7+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in team leadership, and hands-on skills in SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, and branding.

Splashjet Inkjet Ink Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital presence across India and international markets. This is not a routine digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who has built a brand from the ground up and knows how to turn digital marketing into brand visibility, qualified leads, and business growth.

What Youll Own | Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Building

• Build and execute Splashjet digital marketing roadmap across SEO, content, social media, performance marketing and email automation.
• Strengthen brand positioning and messaging for domestic and export markets.
• Identify digital growth opportunities and convert them into measurable business outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional team of SEO specialists, copywriters, performance marketers and a 4-member creative team.
• Set KPIs, conduct reviews and create a culture of accountability, creativity and execution.
• Mentor, develop and scale the marketing team.

SEO & Content

• Own technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategy.
• Drive organic traffic, rankings and domain authority.
• Lead content strategy, blogs, product pages, case studies and brand communication.

Creative & Brand Execution

• Direct the design and video team and translate business priorities into effective creative briefs.
• Oversee packaging, exhibition stalls, banners, brochures, company profile presentations and sales/marketing kits.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Performance Marketing

• Lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Own budgets, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
• Build lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B customers, distributors and international markets.

Analytics & Business Impact

• Monitor GA4, Search Console, advertising platforms, CRM and marketing dashboards.
• Use data to make decisions, optimize campaigns and improve conversion.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

What Were Looking For:

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience of building/scaling a brand from the ground up with measurable results.
• Strong expertise in SEO (technical content), performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), copywriters, content and digital strategy, graphic designers, video editors. Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing and creative teams without needing to be the designer.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and ROI-driven mindset who understand budget and data.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong B2B demand‑generation ability; manufacturing, chemicals, printing, industrial products, consumables, OEM/aftermarket or export experience is especially relevant
• Bachelor's/masters degree in marketing, Business, or related field; digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred
