Job summary

Sunshine Manpower Solution & Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the digital strategy for domestic and export markets, based in Hingna, Nagpur. The role requires 7-10 years in PR, digital and advertising agency experience and hands-on leadership of marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will build a brand from scratch, drive SEO and paid campaigns, and coordinate with Sales, Product and Export teams to maximize leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5 years Digital Marketing and 2 years team-leading experience.
• Must have built a brand from scratch with measurable results.
• Strong SEO & paid marketing knowledge.
• Experience managing digital/creative teams.
• Knowledge of GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
