Acquest Property And Hospitality Services is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to shape strategy, lead the internal team, and collaborate with the CEO. You will oversee strategy, content, performance analytics, and AI-driven marketing technology, with exposure to campaigns across digital channels for growth.

You will manage agencies, plan budgets and timelines, and drive data-driven decisions to improve lead quality and ROI while working in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing or B.Tech in CS is preferred.
• Professional certification in digital marketing is desirable.
• Experience in premium/high-value sectors is advantageous.

Role & responsibilities

This is a senior, high-ownership position for someone who can think beyond campaign execution.

As Digital Marketing & Content Manager , you will work directly with the CEO to shape the companys marketing strategy, lead the internal team, manage external partners and ensure that marketing contributes meaningfully to business growth.

You will oversee strategy, content, performance, analytics, team management and execution under one clear marketing direction.

Acquest Advisors actively invests in AI, automation and marketing technology. The role offers significant exposure to advanced tools used for campaign optimisation, content workflows, lead nurturing, CRM processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall digital marketing and content strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Work directly with the CEO on brand positioning, growth priorities and marketing plans.
• Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, search, video, email and messaging platforms.
• Lead the internal marketing team and manage agencies, consultants and external partners.
• Define campaign objectives, budgets, timelines and performance benchmarks.
• Analyse campaign and team performance, identify gaps and improve lead quality, conversions and return on investment.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation and marketing technology to improve efficiency, reporting and campaign outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA, MMS or PGDM in Marketing, or B.Tech in Computer Science.
• Professional certification in digital marketing.
• Experience in premium services, financial services, real estate, immigration, consulting, education or other high-value sectors will be an advantage.
• 45 years of strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, growth marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to plan strategy, manage campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with agencies or external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, content, SEO, analytics, CRM and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance.
