Job summary

Homesfy Realty Ltd in Mumbai is looking for a Marketing Executive who will create and supervise integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. The candidate will also train marketing associates and compile performance reports.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in communication or digital marketing and a strong understanding of current marketing trends. Candidates should have experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Job description

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers
• Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Train Marketing Associates for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Communicate campaign recommendations back to their supervisors (Marketing Region/Project Head) very clearly and on a timely basis
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
• Writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as ideating & creating designs for campaigns

Attributes of the ideal candidate:-

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields
• A prior job experience will be an added advantage
• Managed multiple lead generation platforms - Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.
• Knowledge of running B2B and B2C all types of campaigns- Display, Video, OTT, etc.
• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
• A good understanding of current marketing trends
• Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification required
