Looking for a confident, passionate, and energetic person with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies as a Digital Marketing Manager to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. They are highly creative with proven working experience of 2 years in digital marketing and possess strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

They are someone who is living in Mumbai or willing to relocate and can start immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, marketing database and email.
• Design, build and maintain our social media.
• Post, manage and optimize online ads on Google, JustDial and other platforms.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven working experience of 2 years in digital marketing and overall 5 -7 years.
• Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Desired Requirements

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
