Digital Marketing Manager – Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, content strategy, and analytics to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Oversee and improve website SEO performance (on-page and off-page).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Develop and manage digital content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to enhance online presence.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance insights for management review.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO management.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and social media platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of email automation tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
• Certification in Google Ads or Analytics is an added advantage.

Salary Range

Between 50,000 to 70,000 (Depending on experience)

Location & Travel

• We are expecting candidate who are ready to join at either Kochin or Trivandrum.
• Should be ready for travelling across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
• Will give preference for those who have already experience in handling IT sector clients.
