Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kaithal. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, coordinating paid advertising campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging, and will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating content calendars, and optimizing engagement.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and use insights to refine strategies.
