Job summary

CreditMantri is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist in Chennai to drive existing-user re-engagement via CRM campaigns and manage paid media for traffic, conversions, and growth. You will orchestrate lifecycle journeys and optimise campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS, while tracking metrics like CPL/CPA/ROAS.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus CRM platforms (WebEngage/MoEngage/CleverTap).

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms such as WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Experience in segmentation, retargeting, A/B testing, and behavioural campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fintech/BFSI/B2C experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GA4, Excel, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Re-engagement: Plan and execute campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email; manage segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggers, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Paid Direct Media: Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels; manage targeting, budgets, creatives, retargeting, and audience optimisation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor CRM and paid media performance; prepare weekly MIS with actionable insights and recommendations; optimise channel mix and campaign performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive existing-user re-engagement through CRM campaigns and manage paid direct media campaigns to generate qualified traffic, conversions, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM & Re-engagement

• Plan and execute campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
• Manage user segmentation, lifecycle journeys, behavioural triggers, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Drive logins, conversions, and engagement from lapsed and dormant users.
• Execute A/B testing on messaging, CTAs, timing, audiences, and frequency.

Paid Direct Media

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Manage targeting, budgets, creatives, retargeting, and audience optimisation.
• Track and optimise CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking through GA4, UTM, pixels, and conversion tracking.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor CRM and paid media performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare weekly MIS with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously optimise channel mix and campaign performance.
