Job summary

Trigya Innovations is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics. You will manage posts, create engaging content, optimize web presence, run Zoho-based campaigns, and assist in lead generation to promote Zoho product services and training.

You will collaborate with a fast-paced IT/software team, using Canva, Google Analytics, and Zoho tools to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content writing).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn Zoho Marketing tools (Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation).
• Creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced IT/Software environment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube; monitor engagement.
• Content Creation: Write posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates; assist in marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Basic keyword research, on-page optimization, title/meta updates; help improve organic traffic.
• Email & Campaign Marketing: Assist in running email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation; manage mailing lists and track metrics.
• Lead Generation Support: Work on basic digital lead-generation activities; promote Zoho product services and training via digital channels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Zoho Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, and dashboards; prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience queries.
• Research competitors and trends to improve content strategy.

2. Content Creation

• Write clear and engaging content for:
  • Social media posts
  • Blogs
  • Email campaigns
  • Website updates
• Assist in creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

• Basic SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, title/meta updates.
• Support in improving website ranking and generating organic traffic.

4. Email & Campaign Marketing

• Assist in running email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Manage mailing lists and track performance metrics.

5. Lead Generation Support

• Work on basic digital lead-generation activities.
• Utilize digital channels for promoting Zoho product services and training.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Zoho Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, and social media insights dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
