Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our e-commerce/business platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution of branding, lead generation, social media management, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Advisor to implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing

• Run and optimize daily advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize advertising content to generate quality leads and orders.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to achieve marketing targets.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic off-page SEO to increase organic website traffic.
• Update product and content pages on the website/platform.
• Improve website performance and user experience to support business growth.

3. Social Media & Content Operations

• Create content calendars and manage regular posting and Reels uploads across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create or coordinate the creation of posters, banners, and short video content using Canva or other design tools.
• Ensure consistent branding and engaging content across all digital platforms.
• Track leads generated through digital advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing and email marketing campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and lead conversion metrics.
• Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with the Marketing Advisor.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and results.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Google Analytics will be preferred.

Experience

• 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of Photoshop for designing social media creatives.
• Familiarity with email marketing and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and content-writing skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to learn new strategies and implement them effectively.
