Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media posts in line with the content calendar.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and develop new ideas for digital marketing strategies.

Graphics Design:

• Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and infographics.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Assist in the creation of design concepts, wireframes, and final polished designs for web and mobile.
• Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing (minimum 3 years, preferably in IT sector)
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and email marketing software (HubSpot).
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
