Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
• Experience in lead generation and CPL optimization.
• Real-estate lead generation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for real-estate projects and meet CPL, lead volume, conversion, and ROI targets.
• Manage daily budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to plan campaigns.
• Monitor performance and optimize based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager; generate reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, managing digital advertising budgets, and achieving defined ROI/ROAS and CPL targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for real-estate projects and ensure campaigns meet defined CPL, lead volume, conversion, and ROI targets.
• Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI/ROAS, and lead quality.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Required Skills
