We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our range of electric vehicles, establishing a strong online presence and building a loyal customer base with a focus on e‑commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and e‑commerce marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and refine strategies.
• Manage social media presence
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and respond to interactions (comments, messages, reviews) promptly and professionally.
  • Run paid social campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic and conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and on‑page/off‑page optimization to improve search engine rankings and e‑commerce visibility.
  • Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Plan and execute successful campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other channels with a focus on driving e‑commerce traffic and sales.
  • Monitor performance, track key metrics (click‑through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition), and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Drive content marketing
  • Develop and publish high‑quality content (blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, videos) to educate and engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, design, and other departments to create compelling content.
• Lead e‑commerce marketing initiatives
  • Improve website usability and user experience for e‑commerce customers.
  • Manage online product catalogs, ensuring accurate information and pricing.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Handle online orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Analyze e‑commerce data to identify improvement areas and optimize sales.
• Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition cost, social media engagement, and e‑commerce sales metrics (average order value, customer lifetime value).
  • Use campaign data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Continuously research and learn about new tools, platforms, and best practices, including e‑commerce trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, customer service, and e‑commerce teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
• Manage agency relationships
  • Brief, manage, and evaluate external digital marketing agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
  • Ensure agency deliverables meet agreed‑upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee agency performance and optimize budgets.
