Job summary

AMO Connect in Noida is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 3-7 years of experience to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn while driving SEO/SEM and D2C sales.

You will manage content, lead generation, and e-commerce listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart and TradeIndia; lead a team of digital marketing executives and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Digital Marketing (EV/Automobile preferred)
• Mandatory: Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM & Analytics
• Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
• Graduate/PG in Marketing, Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Drive SEO/SEM, performance marketing, lead generation & D2C sales
• Manage content strategy — posts, reels, blogs, emailers & video campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance & generate MIS reports with actionable insights
• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart & TradeIndia
• Experience GEM Portal (registration, listing & bidding) is a strong advantage
• Drive platform-specific promotions, ads & monitor seller account health
• Lead & mentor a team of digital marketing executives

Team Management

• Coordinate with Sales, Product, R&D & Operations teams
