As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working alongside experienced marketers, you'll gain hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content creation, social media, branding, performance marketing, and analytics while contributing to real-world technology and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MBA or equivalent)
• Strong interest in Digital & Growth Marketing
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Good written and verbal communication in English & Hindi
• Creative thinking and content writing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
