Job summary

InfoBeans Inc. in Bangalore (HSR Layout) is seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to design and build interactive in-app content, including flows, tasklists, beacons, tooltips, and self-help modules, to drive user adoption of enterprise software.

You will collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, software environments, and user personas, helping end-users onboard and navigate complex applications with an analytical approach.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in instructional design, content creation, technical writing, customer success or software development.
• Familiarity with DAP tools; Whatfix experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.

We are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team at InfoBeans in Bangalore (HSR Layout) ! If you have a knack for creating engaging user onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and interactive content using platforms like Whatfix , we'd love to connect.

Key Details

Role: Digital Adoption Specialist Experience: 2.5 - 5 years Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) - Work from Office Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)

What You'll Do

Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules. Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas. Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.

What We’re Looking For

2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development. Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a strong plus!). Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
